What counts as a successful referral
The person you refer must be new to Jobzone and hired into a role through us.
They must start work and remain employed for 150 hours.
When you get paid
The bonus is paid after your friend passes the qualifying period.

The bonus counts as taxable income; tax is handled automatically, like your salary.

Who can I refer?
Anyone who isn't already registered with Jobzone and is eligible to work in Norway. Friends, former colleagues, family, as long as they're new to us.
When do I get the bonus?
Once your friend is hired and has worked for 150 hours. The bonus is paid out with your next salary.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No. Refer as many people as you like. Each successful hire earns a bonus.
What if my friend isn't in Norway yet?
That's fine. Many of our placements start before the worker arrives; we coordinate timing and confirm permit status along the way. Your referral still counts.
Do I pay tax on the bonus?
The bonus counts as taxable income and tax is handled automatically, like your salary.
